    i do my best to fulfill every order within 7-10 business days. please wait up to 10 business days after placing your order to reach out if you have not yet received an email including your tracking.

    be sure to triple check your address before placing your order. if you entered the incorrect address, you must reach out via the contact form within the first 48 hours to make necessary changes. if you do not correct your information within the 48 hour window, i am not responsible and your order will not be refunded/replaced.

    if your order is returned or refused due to an insufficient address, you are responsible for the reshipment expense.

    once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control. if your package is stolen or lost in transit, you must open a claim with the carrier.

    due to the nature of my products, all sales are final.

    no refunds for sizing errors, be sure to order a sizing kit before ordering any design to avoid sizing errors.
